Forgot to mention…
I got my new computer built. Nice easy build, really. Only took a little while — most of which was spent bolting the frighteningly enormous heat-sink to the mobo. I’ll post pictures once I get the two 80mm and two 120mm blue fans I ordered in.
Seriously considering either two 512 SLI cards, but I’ll probably hold off until after the new year. I have enough deductions this year, I think.

Well, now is the best time ever to be looking at an SLI/Crossfire hookup - both the new 8800GT and the 3850/3870 cards are delivering a tremendous bang for the buck, even with a 20% price premium over MSRP due to high demand.
